Henrik Lindstrand

Henrik is a partner in Cederquist’s practice group for IT Law, Intellectual Property Law and Media Law and specializes in IT and outsourcing, data privacy, e-commerce, fintech and general commercial contracts. Henrik has previously worked as in-house counsel at a global manufacturer of outdoor power products, primarily supporting the purchasing and IT departments in sourcing and contracts relating to IT. Henrik has also acted as an interim general counsel at a technology service provider with operations in multiple countries.
