Eric Johnson

Eric Johnson’s practice focuses on dispute resolution in domestic and international arbitrations as well as court litigation. Eric’s areas of expertise include inter alia Liability claims, primarily relating to professional services (consultants, auditors, company representatives and board members), Construction Contracts and Construction Disputes, Cross-border disputes, and also Insolvency-related matters with focus on creditor interests.
