Tone Myhre-Jensen

Tone Myhre-Jensen is Cederquist’s Managing Partner and specialising in advising on equity capital markets matters, general corporate matters, corporate restructurings and M&A transactions. Tone has extensive experience in advising Swedish and international clients on a range of matters, including corporate governance, day-to-day securities law and company law issues, spinoffs, mergers and reorganisations, takeover bids, advising on raising capital and other public transactions, as well as Swedish and international acquisitions.
