Cederquist advises Aeternum on acquisition of shares in Havsfrun

Cederquist has advised Aeternum Capital AS (“Aeternum”), a Norwegian investment fund with approximately SEK 1.75 billion invested in around 20 Nordic companies, in connection with Aeternum’s acquisition of 47.6 per cent of the share capital and 29.5 per cent of the votes in Havsfrun Investment AB (“Havsfrun”). Havsfrun is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and has approximately 8,500 shareholders.

Aeternum and the sellers intend to explore the conditions for a possible combination of Aeternum and Havsfrun.
