Cederquist advises Helix Kapital in connection with the formation of its new platform within circular economy

Cederquist has acted as legal adviser to Helix Kapital in connection with the formation of its new platform Circular Alliance, an initiative comprising Recycling Partner RP AB, Rekomo AB and Itonomy AB (Itreon). The initiative creates a leading Nordic group within reuse and circular management of office furniture and IT equipment.

Circular Alliance offers a broad range of services within the circular economy, including purchasing, sales, rental, refurbishment and reuse of office furniture, as well as financing, take-back, data erasure and remarketing of IT equipment.

Helix Kapital is a Swedish growth-oriented investment company investing in small unlisted Nordic companies.

Cederquist’s team included several of the firm’s specialists and mainly consisted of Johan Lidström, Jonas Sjöberg, Sara Sundvall, Wilhelm Tovi and Lina Wallén (Private M&A), Annie Gunnarsson (IP/IT) and Karolina Lie (employment law).
