Cederquist advises Instalco on the establishment of its new platform within industrial and construction scaffolding

Cederquist has advised Instalco, one of the leading installation groups in Northern Europe in relation to the majority acquisition of the TSM group, and the establishment of its new platform within scaffolding, weather protection and fall protection services. The new platform provides a full service offering within complex projects such as construction of data centres and large industrial projects. 

Cederquist’s team has comprised a wide range of practices and mainly consisted of Johan Lidström, Hedda Ektander, Kaj Hökstrand, Julia Hansius and Lina Wallén (M&A), Henrik Wållgren and Matilda Larsson (ECM), Amanda Lannge (Real Estate), Karolina Lie (Employment) and Agnes Norrby (IP/IT).
