Cederquist advises Nivika Fastigheter on the issuance of green bonds

Cederquist has advised Nivika Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with its issuance of SEK 600 million senior unsecured green bonds under a framework of SEK 800 million. The bonds have a tenor of four years and carry a floating interest rate of three-month STIBOR plus 2.50 per cent per annum. In connection with the issuance, Nivika also carried out a tender offer in respect of its outstanding green bonds.

Nivika is a Småland-based real estate company whose purpose is to own, manage and develop properties over the long term, thereby creating profitable and sustainable value growth.

Cederquist’s team primarily consisted of Per Henriksson, Camilla Hedner, Theodor Mendel, Ebba Rudbeck and Hampus Welin.
