Cederquist advises Norion Bank in connection with its entering into an agreement regarding the sale of a portfolio of non-performing loans (NPL) in Sweden, Norway and Finland to subsidiaries of Brocc Finance AB.

The purchase price for the portfolio amounts to approximately SEK 2.6 billion and closing is expected in the second half of 2026.
