Cederquist advises Pembroke on financing for Mästerhuset in central Stockholm

Cederquist has advised Pembroke in connection with its financing of Mästerhuset, an international grade A building located in the heart of Stockholm. Completed in 2015, Mästerhuset comprises 30,385 sqm and delivers an exceptional tenant experience with flexible spaces for forward-thinking businesses. The building delivers strong sustainability performance, with energy consumption approximately 50 per cent below the requirements set by Sweden’s National Board of Housing, Building and Planning (Boverket).
