Cederquist advises Sekoya on the acquisition of Amplius Omsorg

Cederquist has acted as legal advisor to Nordic healthcare investor Sekoya on the acquisition of Amplius Omsorg. Amplius is a highly specialised organisation active within individual care services, and will be part of Sekoya’s platform Sekoya Individ & Familj.
