Cederquist advisor to Atrium Ljungberg in connection with the sale of the property Skotten 6 in Stockholm CBD

Cederquist has advised Atrium Ljungberg in connection with the sale of the building Skotten 6 to Axfast. The property is located at Drottninggatan in central Stockholm. The underlying property value was SEK 1.9 billion, which equals just over SEK 140 000 per square meter.
