Cederquist advisor to DNB in connection with the sale of the office building HagaBlue

Cederquist has advised DNB Scandinavian Property Fund in connection with the sale of the office building Solna Brahelund 3, also known as HagaBlue. The building comprises approximately 10,200 square metres plus a car park and is located in Haga Norra, Solna. The buyers are Balder and Mengus.

Cederquist’s team consisted of Erika Åslund, Oskar Högberg and Amanda Lannge.
