Cederquist advisor to Grasp Research

Grasp Research has completed a financing round of USD 7 million with participation from new and existing shareholders to support continued expansion and product development. UK venture capital firm Octopus Ventures joined as a new shareholder through the financing round while Yanno Capital increased its holding.

Grasp Research is a founder-led AI company whose services utilise AI agents to automate data-driven research and market analyses within the M&A-market.

Cederquist is proud to have advised Grasp Research in connection with the capital raise. The Cederquist team consisted of Johan Lidström, Anna Perklev, Sanna Frånlund and Sofie Petersson.
