Cederquist advisor to Handelsbanken and SEB in Viscaria’s directed share issue of SEK 800 million

Gruvaktiebolaget Viscaria has carried out a directed share issue of approximately SEK 800 million to a number of new and existing shareholders. The issue is intended to be followed by a rights issue, and the total capital raising is expected to generate approximately SEK 1.5 billion in cash.
