Cederquist advisor to Handelsbanken, Pareto Securities and SEB in Viscaria’s directed share issue of approximately SEK 2.4 billion

Gruvaktiebolaget Viscaria has carried out a directed share issue of approximately SEK 2.4 billion, of which approximately SEK 1.7 billion in cash proceeds, to a number of new and existing shareholders.

Gruvaktiebolaget Viscaria is a company scaling up to become a modern and responsibly producing mining company through the reopening of the Viscaria mine in Kiruna. More information is available on the company’s website www.viscaria.com.
