Cederquist advisor to Union Investment in connection with the sale of the office building Smultronet 6 in Stockholm

Cederquist has advised Union Investment Real Estate GmbH in connection with the sale of Smultronet 6 office building in Stockholm to Niam. The building offers roughly 11 000 m2 of leasable space and its previous main tenant was HSB Housing Association.

Cederquist’s team consisted of Erika Åslund, Oskar Högberg and Andrea Sedvall.
