Cederquist assists in listing Bactiguard on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm

The B shares in Bactiguard Holding AB have gone on sale today on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Mid Cap exchange. Bactiguard has set the final IPO price at 38 kronor per B share. The total value of the IPO is approx. MSEK 415 (approx. MSEK 477 if the allotment option is used to its fullest).

Bactiguard is a Swedish medical technology company whose business idea is to prevent care-related infections, reduce antibiotic use and save lives by developing and providing anti-infection solutions for healthcare.

The Cederquist team assisting Bactiguard with legal advice has primarily been led by partners Magnus Lindstedt and Wilhelm Lüning, plus the associates Fredrik Lundén, Elin Nyquist, Nils Lundgren and Ludvig Frithiof.
