Cederquist has advised a syndicate of banks in connection with Scandic’s SEK 7.5 billion financing

Cederquist advised a syndicate of banks led by Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige and DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB as lead arrangers in connection with Scandic Hotels Group AB (publ)’s SEK 7.5 billion financing for future acquisitions and general corporate purposes, as well as the refinancing of the company’s existing debt.

Scandic is the largest hotel operator in the Nordic region, with a network of hotels in operation and under development across a large number of destinations. The company is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and has a strong position in the Nordic hotel market.

Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige acts as agent for the syndicate.
