Cederquist has advised Addnode in connection with the financing of their acquisition of SolidCAD

Cederquist has advised Addnode Group AB in connection with the financing of its acquisition of the business and assets of SolidCAD, a market leader in digital solutions for design, construction and manufacturing industries in Canada. 

This acquisition of SolidCAD marks Addnode’s entry into the Canadian market, strengthening the company’s presence in North America. It also represents an important step in the continued consolidation of the software and professional services provided by Addnode through its Design Management division. Addnode Group’s B shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Large Cap.
