Cederquist has advised Allurity in connection with the acquisition, through its subsidiary Aiuken Cybersecurity, of all shares in 4Elitech, a Spanish specialist company in industrial cybersecurity and critical infrastructure. Allurity is a leading cybersecurity service provider group in Europe, and the acquisition strengthens Aiuken’s capabilities in operational technology security while adding further specialist expertise to Allurity’s growing European cybersecurity offering.

Cederquist’s team was led by private M&A partner Maja Wettergren and further consisted of associates Gustav Björklund and Arnould Andrawes (M&A).
