Cederquist has advised BICO Group AB (publ) in connection with an issuance of senior secured bonds

Cederquist has advised BICO Group AB (publ) in connection with an issuance of senior secured bonds in an aggregate nominal amount of EUR 40 million under a framework amount of EUR 60 million. The bonds have a tenor of four years and carry a floating interest rate of three-month EURIBOR plus 5.90 per cent.

BICO is a lab automation partner and provider of selected workflows to pharma and biotech. The company has more than 48,000 instruments installed in over 65 countries and is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm Mid Cap.
