Cederquist has advised DSI Holding GmbH on its inaugural bond issue

Cederquist has advised DSI Holding GmbH in connection with the company’s inaugural issue of senior secured bonds in an initial total amount of EUR 90 million within a framework of EUR 150 million.

The company is part of the DYWIDAG group, a specialist engineering business providing products and services to stabilise ground and to construct and strengthen concrete structures. The group also provides specialist monitoring and inspection services. The main service lines are post-tensioning systems, geotechnical products for ground support, repair and strengthening services, stay cable system design and installation, monitoring of structures and structural elements and products for reinforced concrete construction.
