Cederquist has advised Keenfinity Group on its inaugural bond issue

Cederquist has advised Keenfinity Group in connection with the company’s inaugural issuance of a EUR 325 million senior secured bond.

Keenfinity Group is a global provider of security, safety,  and professional communications solutions. The group’s four businesses develop, manufacture, and market technologies for video surveillance, intrusion detection, access control, professional audio and critical communications, public address and voice alarm, and conference systems, complemented by electronics manufacturing services. Its solutions are deployed across commercial buildings, critical infrastructure, public venues, governmental institutions, education, and transportation.
