Cederquist has advised Logistea AB in connection with its directed issue of ordinary shares of series B to Swedish and international institutional investors. Logistea is a Swedish real estate company focusing on warehousing, logistic and light industrial properties. Through the share issue, Logistea raises approximately SEK 500 million before transaction costs.
