Cederquist has advised NP3 Fastigheter in connection with directed share issue

Cederquist has advised NP3 Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with its directed issue of preference shares to Swedish and international institutional investors. NP3 Fastigheter is a cash flow-oriented real estate company with a focus on commercial properties with high yields, primarily in northern Sweden. Through the preference share issue, NP3 Fastigheter raises approximately SEK 394 million before transaction costs.
