Cederquist has advised Nyfosa in connection with the issuance of a green MSEK 850 bond loan and an offer to repurchase certain previously issued bonds

An amount corresponding to the proceeds from the new green bonds will be used in accordance with Nyfosa’s previously established green financing framework and to repurchase certain outstanding Nyfosa bonds.

The newly issued bonds have an interest rate if three-month STIBOR + 550 basis points.
