Cederquist has advised PP Pension in connection with the sale of the property Karlavagnen 4 in central Stockholm. The property comprises 1,210 square metres of residential, office and restaurant space. The sale of Karlavagnen 4 is part of PP Pension’s ongoing strategy to develop and optimise its real estate portfolio.
