Cederquist has advised Rottneros in connection with rights issue of SEK 300 million

Cederquist has advised Rottneros AB (publ) in connection with Rottneros’ fully guaranteed rights issue of approximately SEK 300 million, before deduction of transaction costs, which was announced on 20 May 2025.

Rottneros is one of the world’s leading specialist companies in the development and production of market pulp. The group has a turnover of approximately SEK 2.7 billion and approximately 285 employees. The Rottneros share has been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 1987.

Cederquist’s team primarily consisted of Fredrik Lundén, Hanna Lishajko and Hilma Meiby (Equity Capital Markets) as well as Per Henriksson and Cecilia Fällström (Banking & Finance).
