Cederquist has represented HICO Investment Group in connection with its investment in Elonroad

Elonroad provides automatic, cable-free EV charging infrastructure for ports, logistics hubs and industrial transport. The company’s solutions enable vehicles to access energy continuously during operations, helping to reduce battery sizes, increase fleet uptime and accelerate the electrification of logistics, ports and industrial transport systems.

The financing round was led by HICO Investment Group, with participation from Tamar Ventures and Butterfly Ventures. Cederquist’s team mainly consisted of Johan Lidström, Sara Jafri, Sanna Frånlund and David Kristing.
