Cederquist promotes two new counsels, Tora Larusdottir, Dispute Resolution, and Matilda Larsson, Public M&A and ECM. Tora Larusdottir joined Cederquist’s Dispute Resolution practice in 2020 after several years at another law firm, and has extensive experience representing clients in a number of different industries in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters relating to corporate law, insolvency law, professional liability and large compliance and regulatory projects. Tora is highly praised by the firm’s clients for her legal skills, which combined with a structured and commercial approach enable her to lead complex projects and disputes to a successful result.
Matilda Larsson joined Cederquist’s public M&A and ECM practice in 2019. She advises listed companies and their shareholders on complex capital markets transactions including IPOs, capital raisings and recapitalisations. Matilda also regularly advises boards and management teams of major Swedish and international clients on corporate governance, disclosure and securities law matters. She is recognised for her strong ability to manage highly complex legal matters with an uncompromising focus on the commercial needs of the client.
