Cederquist represents Gamla Livförsäkringsaktiebolaget SEB Trygg Liv in its divestment of the office property Neptunus

The buyer is Sparbössan Fastigheter, owned by Eric Douglas, and the property’s rentable area compromises to approximately 4,600 square meters.
