Cederquist represents NOBA Bank Group AB (publ) in connection with its acquisition of DBT CAPITAL AB, an operator in the Swedish market for lending to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). NOBA is one of the leading specialist banks in Europe and through the acquisition, NOBA establishes an SME vertical in its product offering. The acquisition is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2026.

Cederquist’s team is led by M&A partners Martin Ulfson and Isabel Rosvall, associates Gustav Björklund, Matilda Eriksson and Vera Andersson Broms (M&A), together with several other associates and specialists.
