Cederquist successfully represents Peab in connection with the arbitration in the case of Mall of Scandinavia

On June 30, 2023, an arbitral award was issued in a case between Peab Sverige AB and Unibail Rodamco Westfield regarding the contract on Mall of Scandinavia. The award was a success, awarding Peab just over SEK 1.4 billion. The arbitration proceedings have been ongoing since 2017. Cederquist has together with Wallin & Partners represented Peab in the arbitration proceedings.

Cederquist team consisted of Fredrik Forssman, Sara Magnéli, William Lundgren, Mattias Forsberg, Oskar Gentele and Fanny Lyppert.
