Cederquist’s experts have contributed a chapter to the Chambers Global Practice Guide

Robert Stromberg and Malin Dunér from Cederquist’s Employment and Investigations group have written the Swedish section of HR Internal Investigations 2026 in the international publication Chambers Global Practice Guide.

The Chambers Practice Guide provides practically oriented legal commentary written by leading lawyers and legal experts from around the world. The sections give an overview of specific areas of law or topics and enable readers to compare legislation and procedures in a large number of jurisdictions.

The section offers informative and practical guidance on how employers in Sweden should handle and conduct internal HR investigations where there is suspicion of misconduct such as harassment, financial irregularities and disloyalty.
