Silex Microsystems AB listed on Nasdaq Stockholm

The ordinary shares in Silex Microsystems AB have today, on 7 May 2026, been admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. The offering values all shares in the company at approximately SEK 8,896 million following the offering.

ABG Sundal Collier, Nordea and SEB acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners in the offering. Avanza, in cooperation with Kepler Cheuvreux, acted as Joint Bookrunner in the offering. Cederquist was legal advisor to the Joint Global Coordinators and the Joint Bookrunners in the offering with a team consisting of Fredrik Lundén, Matilda Larsson, Hanna Lishajko and Theodor Mendel.
