Stockholm Nordtech Group AB listed on Nasdaq Stockholm

The ordinary shares in Stockholm Nordtech Group AB have today, on 10 June 2026, been admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. The offering values all shares in the company at approximately SEK 3.0 billion following the offering.

DNB Carnegie and Nordea acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners in the offering. Cederquist was legal advisor to the Joint Global Coordinators with a team consisting of Henrik Wållgren, Filip Gyulai and Hilma Meiby.
