Pontus Röckert is head of Cederquist’s M&A team and focuses primarily on Private Equity and Venture Capital. Pontus regularly advises Swedish and international Private Equity and Venture Capital funds and their portfolio companies on a broad range of transactions involving acquisitions, investments, divestments, mergers, joint ventures, capital raising and incentive structures.
