Cederquist advises KLP Eiendom in connection with the acquisition of a property in Stockholm

Cederquist has acted as legal advisor to KLP Eiendom in connection with the acquisition of Fleming 7 on Kungsholmen in Stockholm for SEK 1,480 million. The seller is Barings. The building comprises 9,949 square metres, divided into offices, a fitness centre, a restaurant and a warehouse, in addition to approximately 2,200 square metres of parking space.

KLP Eiendom is one of Scandinavia’s largest commercial real estate companies, with properties in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and UK (London).
