Cederquist advises RWE on the sale of its Swedish wind power portfolio to Aneo

Cederquist has acted as legal advisor to RWE, one of the world’s leading renewable energy companies, in connection with the sale of its Swedish wind power portfolio to Aneo.

The transaction comprises a diversified portfolio of wind power assets in Sweden, including onshore wind farms with a total operational capacity of 124 MW, the operational offshore wind farm Kårehamn (48 MW), and an extensive onshore wind development pipeline of approximately 1.8 GW as well as certain third-party onshore service business and employees within the respective business area.

Completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
