Cederquist has advised Vision Healthcare in connection with the acquisition of Svenskt Kosttillskott, a leading Swedish e-commerce player for health and nutrition products.

Vision Healthcare, headquartered in Belgium, is a digital-first omni-channel platform focused on self-care and health brands across Europe. The acquisition of Svenskt Kosttillskott enables Vision Healthcare to broaden its presence in the Nordics.
