Jonas Sjöberg is a senior associate in Cederquist’s M&A and Private Equity team and is primarily focused on mid-cap and small-cap private equity transactions and corporate M&A. He advises private equity sponsors and industrial clients on a broad range of cross-border and domestic transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, investments and mergers. In 2022, Jonas completed a secondment at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York.
