Cederquist represents Neko Health in its USD 700 million Series C financing

Neko Health, a preventative healthcare technology company, has raised USD 700 million in a Series C financing round.

Modern healthcare is an extraordinary system, but it’s designed to focus on crises. By the time a patient is triaged and seen by a doctor, many conditions have escalated in seriousness. Less than 1 percent of the healthcare budgets is spent on prevention. Neko Health’s vision is to create a healthcare system that helps people stay healthy through preventative measures and early detection. Its unique, non-invasive Neko Health Scan maps millions of health data points across the body – both inside and out – in just a few minutes. The scan checks moles and marks across the body, symptoms of metabolic syndrome and risk factors for stroke and heart attack, as well as blood sugar levels to assess the risk of pre-diabetes.

Cederquist’s team was led by Partners Viktor Eriksson (M&A) and Tone Myhre-Jensen (Public M&A) and also included Partner Sanna Frånlund (Regulatory) and associates Jonas Sjöberg, Kaj Hökstrand and Lina Wallén (M&A).
