Cederquist advisor to Main Rose in connection with its establishment and launch 

Cederquist has acted as advisor to Main Rose, a new underwear fashion brand founded by Zara Larsson and Behnam Eliass, in connection with its establishment and launch. The establishment has included a financing round led by Swedish consumer brand investor Uchū and with participation from Main Rose’s founders. 

Cederquist’s team comprised Johan Lidström (Partner, M&A), Jonas Sjöberg (Senior Associate, M&A) and Julia Hansius (Associate, M&A).
