Cederquist has advised Hines in connection with the acquisition of a residential property in Stockholm

Cederquist has acted as legal advisor to Hines in connection with the company’s first residential acquisition in Sweden. Hines has signed a forward funding agreement with Magnolia Bostad regarding approximately 310 rental apartments in Kista, Stockholm.

Hines is a leading global real estate investment manager. Hines owns and manages assets worth USD 90 billion in various property types on behalf of institutional and private wealth clients.
