Cederquist has advised Hines in connection with the acquisition of five residential properties

Cederquist has acted as legal advisor to Hines in connection with two residential transactions involving a total of five residential properties in Haninge. The seller is Heimstaden Bostad. The transactions comprise a total of approximately 29,000 square metres divided into 568 apartments and commercial premises.

Hines is a leading global property investment manager. Hines owns and manages assets worth USD 90 billion in various property types on behalf of institutional and private wealth clients.
