Cederquist represents Norion Bank in connection with the recommended public offer regarding Consensus Asset Management

Norion Bank AB (publ) (“Norion Bank”) has made a recommended cash offer to the shareholders of Consensus Asset Management AB (publ) (“Consensus”) to tender all shares in Consensus to Norion Bank. The offer values all of the shares in Consensus to approximately SEK 171 million. Norion Bank is listed at Nasdaq Stockholm and the shares in Consensus are listed at Spotlight Stock Market.
