Sanna is a partner in Cederquist’s group for EU & Competition Law. Sanna represents clients in various competition law and regulatory matters. Sanna advises companies in cartel and abuse of dominance investigations as well as merger control matters. Sanna advises and heads the Cederquist’s advice on foreign direct investment rules. In addition, Sanna has experience in several regulatory areas such as foodstuffs, transport, export control and protective security.
